Patricia was lovely and the salon was lovely.what was not lovely was my hair cut. I asked for hair just above shoulder and got hair just below ear. The hair was cut so bad in a zig zag and I realised once I had gone home and straightened it. The final length was all different lengths from front to back and i was shocked when I saw it. No attention to detail and now my hair is ruined and will need to be done again. I am very disappointed and I will be asking for a refund.

Didn’t get what I booked for. Just had a simple polish instead of French tips. Wouldn’t go again. :/ Staff weren’t very attentive.
