Rebecca was lovely and careful, but maybe inexperienced. The nails on my left hand started hurting from the overstay of the nail polish removal and then soaked in for a couple minutes. My nails have thinned. However, the nails shape and end result look good visually. I also have questions on the hygiene as the nail removal clips had old cotton in them and I didn’t witness any cleaning of tools. Lastly, I booked a slot for another nail technician and it was updated last minute.
