The cut was pretty good, it looks good and was good value for money but the atmosphere was a bit unusual, it doesn't feel very luxurious with a nail bar behind and feet care happening to the side. The stylist was friendly enough when I was leaving but when I arrived, on time, it was like I wasn't expected and had to wait for quite a while awkwardly and there was very little interaction. A bit of a no frills experience at an okay price, they could just do more to up the customer experience.
