Despite arriving early for my 6pm appointment, I was kept waiting due to another client's tardiness. While the wait was only ten minutes, I was disappointed by the lack of punctuality. Furthermore, during the eyebrow waxing procedure, I observed that the lady did not stretch the skin before removing the strip, resulting in considerable discomfort and ultimately, a noticeable bruise around my eye. This experience was quite disappointing overall.
