I booked a men’s haircut through Treatwell, but the experience was disappointing, I wasn’t treated well at all. The receptionist ignored me while on her phone, and the hairdresser (G) seemed frustrated, handling my hair roughly and making me feel like an object. I was also unhappy with the result, as she blamed my hair type for the uneven layers. If you’re unhappy with your job, find another. Overall, rude service and poor results—definitely not returning
