The salon benefits from lots of natural lighting which is good for seeing the results in a natural setting. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The shy of tip top rating is because the stylist was 30 mins behind schedule perhaps due to their perfectionism. The treatment left my hair shiny and smooth and the head massage was relaxing. I went for a bob and really happy with the results.

Great hair experience! Tomoyuki really listened to what I wanted and I'm thrilled with my natural looking highlights and trim. He was so thorough and patient. I'll definitely be going back.
I had a hair cut and treatment at the end of the month, and the overall experience was superb. The salon is small but pretty and Tomoyuki was very knowledgeable about hair and scalp care in particular. He has a straight talking style which I quite liked. Most importantly, the hair cut was excellent and my hair just seems to look better without too much effort (this is a few weeks on as well).
I have been going to Iris for 10 years and I only ever receive GREAT haircuts . I am never kept waiting and we discuss what I want and then she gives me the cut that suits me and more importantly what my hair allows. I would recommend Iris and the salon without question.
