I bring a deep understanding of the body through movement into every treatment, offering massage that’s intuitive, restorative, and tailored to your needs. I’ve worked with dancers, athletes, performers, and people managing chronic pain, helping them release tension, recover, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you train hard, perform, or simply need time to reset, I’m here to support your wellbeing. I provide assisted stretch and further advice on stretching and mobility to aid long term recovery and an all round healthy body. I am a member of the guild of holistic therapists.
