I'm sorry to have to leave a bad review but this wasn't the one. There were chunks of wax left everywhere that I had to peel off my intimate areas. She used way too much cream afterwards and crucially the therapist opened the door of the salon onto me standing there with my underwear still removed for everyone in the salon to see (including clients) 🙃
