My friend and I were going to be late and we called up and they immediately rescheduled for 45 minutes later with no fuss. The customer service was excellent - they offered us a free drink and they were so chatty and friendly. the pedicure was great!

Visited with me and my friend today, last minute and had spaces free, they also allowed us to postpone our appointment as we were late with no extra fees. They offered us cold drinks too. Lots of friendly conversation too. They were able to also complete the exact designs that my friend showed on her phone as well. Very good.
