I was kept waiting over half an hour AGAIN. It is a waste of time booking an appointment on here in advance because it’s worthless. Why is none of the staff ever keeping an eye on the booked appointment schedule? They seem to have no idea who is booked to come in and when. Why are they allowed to accept walk ins without checking booked appointments? Walk ins are prioritised and people like me who have booked in advance are made to wait. It’s not fair.

Genuinely, the most thorough pedicure I’ve had! All staff were pleasant & kind. I was offered a refreshment which is a nice & unexpected touch. So much care & attention is paid throughout the treatment. I felt cared for, thank you so much!
