Today I had my colour done and cut and blow dry.Two girls looked after me and I must say,I am more than impressed. Excellent staff,lovely salon,extremely clean and it worth every penny I spent there. Evie changed my colour completely and it never looked so good, Maggie cut and blow-dried my hair perfectly. The girls made me feel welcome and looked after.I already booked my next appointment in.I am regular here! I love this place! Thank you girls and see you very soon! Tracy x
I received a first class service at TM hair boutique. It was the best blow dry ever! I have long hair and frizzy but Paula knew how to make them perfectly smooth and with curls at the same time. The staff was very friendly, Kerastase products used were great. Really good head massage and paying attention to details. Stylist was ready to offer advice and give ideas about hair styles/treatments and colour. I think it is the best salon in Richmond so far. No competition, and for £30 with so many parts of treatment included it is just very good deal! I'm going to be back soon!
Lovely salon and super friendly stylist who made me feel very welcome and I felt very looked after. The super comfy reclining massage chair was a lovely change when getting my hair washed.
Blow dry was ok but definitely not the best I've had. Not as smooth as I wanted nor did I get the soft curls I asked for and also it frizzed up very soon after leaving meaning it hadn't been smoothed out enough and I ended up restyling my hair at home to get it more smooth and sleek. But then I have thicker hair so possibly best results at this salon are for more normal and easy to manage hair clients!
Can't fault the salon ambience or staff though but at the end of the day it's all about the hair, that's what I'm paying for. Was a more expensive than normal blow dry for me and sadly to say I have had cheaper but much better blow drys in other salons who have smoothed and curled my hair perfectly to which I will return next time. For a £30 blow dry I expected to get the exact style I want and not have to finish my own hair off when I get home.

Lovely salon, friendly staff and great blow dry! If a blow dry was £20 instead of £30 I would go every week! Too expensive unfortunately, which would probably explain why I was the only one in the salon on a Saturday afternoon!

I had a visit to TM hair boutique last week to do my roots and a blow dry. I am so glad to find out about this place. It was a great experience. Very relaxing environment. The staff were nice and polite. The service was proper and the pricing was just reasonable. I would definitely pay another visit.
