I felt I made it very clear I wanted the minimum amount of hair cut off, which I repeated multiple times. The lady doing my hair took about 2 and a bit inches, a lot more than we had discussed. The worst part is after she had cut and blowdried she starting then cutting it again even when I said I thought it was fine as it was. Blowdry straight also wasn’t straight and very frizzy, had to re do it when I got home. She was really nice and staff were all friendly but the actual haircut was very disappointing.

I’ve always been really impressed with this salon, the staff are friendly and have always done a great job but on this occasion I left feeling disappointed with my hair cut. I would definitely pay extra for a director in future.
