My experience was very nice. The staff were welcoming. My hairdresser, Deasy was particularly considerate, attentive & talented. She also gave me guidance on requirements specific to my hair. I was very grateful, especially since it was a busy day for them - the first day out of lockdown.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I felt I made it very clear I wanted the minimum amount of hair cut off, which I repeated multiple times. The lady doing my hair took about 2 and a bit inches, a lot more than we had discussed. The worst part is after she had cut and blowdried she starting then cutting it again even when I said I thought it was fine as it was. Blowdry straight also wasn’t straight and very frizzy, had to re do it when I got home. She was really nice and staff were all friendly but the actual haircut was very disappointing.
