Positives: Clean, welcoming, offered tea & coffee. Negatives: Whilst washing hair had water and soap studs on clothes . Very uncomfortable. Had to ask for a towel to cover the front. Hair when blow dried was dry and lack volume. Ask how I would like the blow dry, i said with volume with curls. Not once did she say that it was an extra £5 to add curls! I was only told once I went to pay. I told her I wasn't told about the extra £5 curls (which was 1970's curls) . Won't be going back!
