It was chaotic! A full head of highlights took far too long! I arrived at 2pm and left at 7.30pm was due a hair cut and luckily said no as another client had to guide her hair cut and too much was cut! I have had highlights many of times but never in my experience has it taken that length of time. I do not have long hair nor is it overly thick. The colour has not gone to the roots and I will need to go elsewhere to have this fixed. I am due a call from the manager which I still haven’ received.

Ana was amazing her warmth & friendly manner is exceptional, she’s gives you all the information you would need before starting the treatment. Thank you & I look forward to coming back for more treatments

Had an eyebrow wax and the day after my eyes were extremely swollen and I have dark grazes/scabs and bruising above both my eyes.
