I tried zero zero for the first time having seen it on Treatwell. I must say the prices appealed to me and I also like to try new venues. The girls are very friendly&helpful from giving directions from the station to putting in 100% effort into you.
Unfortunately, a noticeable part of the hairline was missed on roots and since I had been there since 2pm I really just wanted to leave around 6pm and not stay for more tint and hair wash. I ended up misding out on my plans for the evening as it was so late by the time I left. I liked how the balyage turned out and paid extra for toner and olaplex.
I think the salon should put the real time it will take to do the treatments on Treatwell.
Also salons should not use hair must be 'stubborn' as an excuse for missing greys-it's their job to cover it properly. I am still on the search for a venue that does not have this as a problem to me.

My daughter and I visited recently and had great haircuts from Anu and Jayme. We have curly hair and the cuts were great.

I had to wash my hair as soon as I got home as it was so oily like the toner had not been correctly washed out of my hair. My hair is the same tone as when I walked in so I feel like I wasted time and money (although it was rather cheap). The hairdresser was nice (nothing against her) however I won’t be coming back.
