Everything went wrong. Threading wasn't available, appointments were running late, hollywood waxing was made with extremely hot/burning wax and burned my skin and intimate parts. Despite all the torture I was still left with hair on my legs and bikini area. When I got home, there was still wax that was attached to my underwear. Eyebrows were over done and I'm praying they grow back. Nail varnish used was cheap and started to came off 2 days later. Nightmare. Do not recommend.
My appointment was originally for Friday at 2pm was changed three time on Friday then double booked so I agreed to have my appointment on Saturday at 11am. I was not seen until 11.30am a full head of highlights took 3 hours! (Regularly have highlights) it has never taken that long!! During that time foils had to be removed and water was sprayed on my hair to stop them over developing. Once all was done a junior rough dried my hair in the end I had to say leave it as it would have been quicker to dry myself. My hair is now blue! The toner and blue shampoo used has made my hair blue and darker! I had blonde hair coming into the salon and left with blue/ grey coming out. I’m now trying to fix my hair as a result, would not recommend Zero Zero when Kevin owned the salon was professional, clean and always had a great experience coming out with quality hair!!
I booked this place to try out a local salon. But as soon as I entered it, I could smell a strong cigarette smoke smell. I had to wait for about 20 minutes. The last who did my manicure was very nice. But she didn’t have the machine to take off my shellac nail paint. So I was made to soak my fingers in acetone for about half an hour. And then she scrubbed it all off - which took way too long and spoilt my nails. And the skin around my nails. Then I was also informed that they didn’t have too many colours for a normal nail paint. Thank goodness, I had taken mine with me. And then after all this - the colour lasted all of 2 days. And it normally lasts for at least a week. So I’m an unhappy customer. Not going back again.
