My stylists took great care over my balayage and made sure the colour was the exact I wanted from my picture. Unfortunately some of it was a bit off and the lines were quite stark however they let me go back in the next day to fix it free if charge. The cut was perfect.

Firstly my appointment was arranged for Thursday, then moved to Saturday for some reason and in last minute cancelled and again moved on Sunday. The lady was unhappy to come specially for me at 8:30AM on Sunday, last month I had appointment here and I wanted exactly the same treatment which Jay (junior stylist) did and she did it amazing! The senior experienced (as they told me) said that she is not able to do it?! Probably didn’t want to spend more than 30 minutes to do my hair. She did my roots in less than 15 minutes and didn’t care that I said clearly I want kind of sombre/ombré hair. I’m really sorry that I cannot post a photo and you guys can see how my hair looked after treatment. The toner wasn’t washed properly and I left the salon with terrible mood. I went for holiday next day and I could find anyone as soon as possible as it was too late. Manager told me that we really knows her job well and she is the specialist but if you really believe it don’t hesitate to text me and I can send you the picture she left me after treatment. My hair was like a mess when I left the salon. She didn’t listen my wants, she did her way. I can’t believe manager was still saying that she is a specialist after seeing the picture I send... not recommended this salon at all!
