I rang the buzzer several times with no answer. I then went to another door and spoke to Tamara, who said she would open it, but the door was never opened. I was left waiting outside in the rain and cold, and the appointment never happened. This was disappointing, especially after seeing so many positive reviews. For anyone who values their time and money, I would recommend going elsewhere
