Firstly, my nails are absolutely brilliant and I’d love to return here based on how good they are. BUT, it took an hour and 45 minutes for a set of acrylics (I had my gel polish taken off but this takes 10 mins). Other customers were coming in and I’d be left mid treatment for them to go and start on someone else which was annoying. On top of this, I paid £25 as per their prices on Treatwell but when I got there they asked for an extra £10 and I have no idea what this was for - I had plain pink acrylics with some white lines painted on so they can’t constitute as ombré nails which is what I was charged for. The shop was busy so didn’t want to cause a fuss and just paid but quite annoyed as I have definitely been overcharged and in hindsight should have said something.

Fantastic experience! Wish I could leave a picture review as the lady painted the cutest foxes on my nails! They look amazing!
