Booked in for a gel overlay online, I arrived & they didn’t know what a gel overlay was. Then they said they only do polish &I shown them online what I booked - which was £25. I’ve no idea what she actually has done to my nails but they’re not what I asked for - I asked for a particular French pattern & I got a standard one. My nails are all bulky at the back of the nail. I was charged £35, but I’m not actually sure what for. If you’re thinking about cheating on your nail tech, don’t do it!
