Sam takes her time making sure the preparation of the nails is just right, she is a bit of a perfectionist which I like. She spent a great deal of time with me going though photos of nails I was interested in. I am a new client so I wasn’t sure what she could or could not do. I think she is very knowledgeable. We have decided on which nails I’m going to have next time (in 3 weeks) so that should be quicker for her.
