The worst experience of my life! My pedicure too too long because they were understaffed and over booked - they had me walking barefoot after across the salon, put my feet on newspaper to dry, cut my cuticles until they bled, didnt clarify they dont do normal polish so i had to go buy my own - and then had the nerve to charge me £75 TWICE! she refused to refund me until I threatened to call the police, denied charging me twice eventhough my monzo showed it - a fucking shitshow!
