I booked a BIAB appointment for £35 via Treatwell. At the end, I was told to pay £52 for “extras” that were never explained or agreed to. When I calmly challenged this, staff shouted over me and interrupted me in front of other customers. The receptionist touched me without consent, took a photo of me, and refused to delete it. I offered to pay the agreed £35, which was refused. The nails were fine, but the behaviour, lack of transparency, and professionalism were unacceptable.

I exactly got what I wanted it was very clean. The quality is so nice it’s my second visit to their place. The environment is really lovely. The place is really clean and hygienic the way they do the work on your nails. It’s lovely I will really recommend to friends
