Honestly really disappointed with Tip Top. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted my shape and color to be. They pretty much disregarded it and asked me to pick a color and I ended up with a completely different shape than I asked for

Added extra services upon my booking. After THREE times of me saying the extra massage needed more firmness, it somewhat became weaker in effort. Great for nails, not great for extra massage payment.
