great salon, and they do good manicures - just so unfortunate that they are extremely anti people booking on Treatwell - not that you receive a poor service, but the level of pressure to make repeat bookings directly (and without discount)is unpleasant. If it weren't for this I would have awarded '5*' again.
I felt uncomfortable with this the first time I used the salon; it felt even more pressured second time around - sufficiently so that I probably won't go here again.
If they don't want business through Treatwell, then they either shouldnt use the site, or if they only want to use the site to attract new business, restrict discounts to new clients only.
