Very friendly, professional and chatty staff. I had a shellac manicure done for my holidays, was very pleased with the end result - I will definitely be going back on a regular basis and would recommend anyone to go there for one of their manicures!

It was my first time! I had never done a manicure in London and to understand that "semi-permanente" (in my language) and "shellac/ two weeks manicure" were the same... it wasn't obvious!
