Tip Top Nails is great! I had a lovely manicure. The staff are all warm and friendly, the place is very clean, and the coffee is an added bonus. The outcome was nice, and their materials are very good quality wise. I would definetely recommend it to everyone. Their prices are amazing for value, and after a great first experiance I am definetely going back!
