I found the service so much more rushed and not so friendly on my last visit. A real shame as I don’t think I would return. Almost £80 for manicure and pedicure, you would expect care, friendliness and a relaxed experience. Also none of the massage chairs worked. Feels as though it’s going down hill.

My SNS nails were not done with great care. They are very thick and messy behind the nail. The nail tech was annoyed with me for asking her to clean up my natural nail before applying the extensions and I was too uncomfortable to ask her to fix my shape.
