I have been going to this salon for about five years. Occasionally in that time I have tried other salons (usually for convenience as I don’t live v close to tip top nails anymore), every time I try somewhere else I always regret it as the price, service and manicure is never as good. Tip Top is the best mani/pedi in London with the warmest atmosphere and most competitive prices. It’s a really special place.

The staff were nice overall and the manicure itself was decent. I enjoyed the paraffin treatment, however, after the treatment my technician has changed for some reason, and the final nailpolish coating was done by another lady. I found that it was a bit sloppy (e.g. some sides of nails weren not fully covered) and a bit rushed at the end. Overall it was okay but nothing too impressive.
