SNS colour came out much brighter than the display... my nail technician said that the display colour probably changed due to the sunlight. She insisted it wasn’t her fault as she didn’t know but this can be quite misleading for the customer.
The colour was eventually fixed towards the end but it seemed very rushed and her tone was slightly rude throughout the treatment.
Although my previous visits at this salon have always been great, the overall experience this time was quite disappointing considering I paid £43 for my nails.
