I love everything about my pedi. The staff are smashing, friendly but very professional. The whole atmosphere is welcoming the shop is very clean and comfortable - and although I don't get to go as much as I would like, it's always just a such a treat. Thank you

Since the shop got busier after I arrived, I got the feeling that they would like me to leave as soon as possible. The shop became crowded and all seats were occupied, so I needed to switch seats multiple times. After my nail extension got removed, the staff asked me what kind of shape I prefer. I showed him a picture and told him I wanted a squared oval shape, but I ended up getting an oval shape. The overall experience was just okay.

The treatment was great but the pricing was not clear at the beginning. I had gel polish for my nail extension. Two weeks later, I would like to have the infill treatment and I chose to pay on Treatwell. They told me I would need to pay more for gel polish when I arrived, otherwise I could only get normal polish. I was fine with normal polish but they didn't inform me having another colour would cost £3 in addition to what I had prepaid.
