I was overcharged £10. I booked for a gel removal (£28) and missed that they have a specific booking for an SNS Removal (£30). It took them 50 minutes to remove my SNS and when I ran out of time I told them I no longer needed the manicure. They did not paint my nails and still charged me a full £30. Their heater was also broken so it was freezing in the shop. Wouldn’t rush back.
