I was impressed with the service received on this occasion. My daughter had booked for a service but was charged extra despite not requesting anything additional. The extras were carried out without consent. She was quite upset as the staff member wouldn’t let her leave until she had paid the extra. She called me upset and I reluctantly paid. I reached out to share my views but was met with resistance rather trying to understand. Despite being a loyal customer for many years I won’t return.
