Customer for 10+yrs. After today, I’m taking a break. I went in for an infill of a new BIAB set. Discovered a couple of nails had greenies (after less than 3w), so, infill turned into removal. The tech told me it’s all my fault bc I “wait too long in between appts”. I come in every 2-2.5 weeks. She kept on saying I wait too long, and “she knows.” Turned into 20min of her calling me a liar. Then she electro-filed my nails down to nothing. Gaslight & maimed by a nail tech for £20. Fun.

Ken is so warm and friendly, and kept the service quite fast to account for my busy schedule, without any dip in quality. I’ve been going to this salon for a few years now, always getting the exact same design, and I’ve never had complaints about the quality, cleanliness, or service— though with the exception of Ken, staff tends to be quite quiet (not rude!! but it’s not a very verbose place)
