The standards are definitely not as they were few years ago. Lady who did my pedi cut the skin around the nail and i noticed they were bleeding when i got home. I asked for the same colour ive been getting for years and the lady said she doesnt know what it is and wasnt willing to help me chose similar. I was already sat on the chair when another member of staff brought a similar colour to the one i wanted. It used to be my fav place now i feel like the treatment is rushed and staff unbothered
