Really good massage that was tailored to my problems, head and shoulder part of the massage was excellent. The atmosphere was good, with the room being really nice and warm.

It was my first time at this venue, I had a hollywood wax and it was a bit different from what I'm used to, it was done only with wax stripes all over which can be a bit uncomfortable and the back side wasn't included on this hollywood wax, which in most venues is included. Overall it was ok.

I ended up going for a more pressured massage and it was what the doctor ordered. The therapist as attentive to areas of concern and did her very best to ease knots that had accumulated over time. Her manner was friendly and professional, and didn't ruin my relaxation with general chit chat. Shame that the therapy room is in the basement, where there's some damp (smelt like it at least, not great for taking in deep breaths during strong kneading) and I was constantly hearing footsteps and voices from the main salon above. However best massage I have had in a while!
