I arrived to the place and was told I couldn’t be attended because it “clashed” with another booking made by phone. I was called at 3:40, not even attended personally. My appointment was at 3:30

I booked online as a slot appeared available. I came to the business on time for my appointment, called Tina to say I was here and she told me she is busy doing someone else’s lashes and can’t tend to me. I explained to her that online said there was appointments available. She said “yeah well I’m busy now I’m doing someone else’s eyelashes”. Ok. I have been asking for a refund for the past week because I paid online in advance. She has still not refunded me. I would like my money back ASAP.

No one was even there. Their apology for messing up was inadequate. Refund should have been made immediately . When I called the lady to ask her to refund me so was aggressive and rude. Just dreadful. Do not use.
