I moved to this salon because on several visits to my local one the owner was not friendly at all,in fact very abrupt/rude/sarcastic .Personal manner is absolutely crucial working with the public ,and that particular salon isn’t very busy…When I walked into Tina Goodwin the vibe was totally different …very relaxed and friendly.

When I arrived at the venue my hair was a real mess, but when I left it was looking really good: nice shape, perfect colour, etc. I am really happy with the way my hair looks now thanks to Emma.
