I was a bit nervous going in as I’m always unsure on whether I’ll be able to achieve the style I’m after but, my worries were lifted as Kim knew exactly how to get the cut I was looking for as well as gave me styling tips to help me adapt and be able to make the most of it. She was friendly, welcomed me in kindly and made sure I knew what was going on and able to contribute where I needed. Definitely recommend and might have found a hairdresser I can finally go back to when I need.
