A couple months ago I came into the salon and had Kim, who was absolutely fantastic. I came in last week to get a trim & booked a ‘last min appt’. I requested Kim who wasnt available. Emma & the salon assistant were not friendly/welcoming, & staff were complaining about last minute appts in front of me. It was obvious I was a burden to the staff. If they asked me politely to wait that would’ve been totally fine. The cut was ok, but I felt rushed & awkward. I kept apologizing & wanted to leave.
