I received a phone call 20 minutes before the treatment to tell me they had only just received my booking and couldn’t fit me in so could I come in later in the afternoon? (I had booked the evening before). I know that sometimes errors happen on booking systems however what annoyed me was the gentleman’s attitude. He did not even use the word “sorry” once through the conversation so I decided not to reschedule the appointment and find another salon instead. A simple apology would have went a long way!
(Sorry I had to rate all of the stars above without experiencing the salon but it wouldn’t let me post the review without clicking on the stars - I have no idea regarding the ambience/cleanliness etc as I didn’t use the salon).
Very friendly staff. Angela was very accommodating to the style I asked for and made sure I was happy with it several times during my haircut. Extremely pleased with the result, just what I asked for.
Fantastic Experience. Had my hair cut and highlighted for the first time in a year and it was everything and more than I had hoped for! Will definitely be back! Thank you girls x
