Went for a shampoo & set it needed a trim so she said she’d do it and I will pay the extra.Helen has then washed my hair and started “trimming” it she was meant to take 2/3inch off my hair was put in rollers which didn’t work anyway the rollers was too big to make my hair curl when I straighten it the day after I realised how short she’d cut it she’s also added layers and feathered the front 2 styles I hate with a passion which I never asked for. Also charged more than the prices advertised
