Sunita was lovely and made me feel really at ease. Most of the was went well, but I feel like something was amiss as I got wax burned in my bikini area, which was quite painful as the skin ripped off. She said it was due to my skin being dry, but I've had waxes before and not had this issue. However, still lovely manner and generally the rest was very good. She also applied a soothing cream which helped, but it's just a shame as I'm now quite sore.
