Due to an illness one of my nails splits vertically and Lauren deals with this discretely and with no fuss, she knows exactly how I like my nails and the sort of design, I can trust her implicitly and am always pleased with my results, she is both professional but friendly in equal measure, the whole salon visit is like visiting family
