I'd been having trouble for a few weeks with my shoulders and back, laura really sorted my pain out by giving me a good massage released a lot of tention and untightened some muscles, it felt like torture having it done as she said my back is quite a mess from my job. But day after my back felt more relaxed, im going back for round 2 next week bring on the pain agggh. Hopefully it will be sort my shoulders and back a lot more. Thankyou laura.
