Amazing wax,quick and painless!However, the esthetician kept calling me to come in even though I still had 10 minutes before my appointment. She explained it was due to other clients, but it felt impatient.

This is now my go to place, I won’t get a wax anywhere else. Ruby is an incredible therapist, friendly, hugely knowledgeable and does her very best to make the whole experience as painless as possible. Super efficient too. I was in and out and back to smooth in no time. My last wax lasted six and a half weeks! — which just didn’t happen before I started going to Ruby. Honestly can’t recommend her enough.
