Relaxing and not time critical

My appointment was delayed due to the previous client being late, but I received a text asking me to come a bit later, which was fine. My treatment was extremely thorough and although the session was meant to last one hour, I eventually left 2 hours later. I was offered tea or coffee on arrival but opted for water as it was quite warm in the sunny front room. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed.
