Booked Indian head massage & reflexology but staff were confused and spoke very limited English. Had to show my booking to clarify. Room was clean but noisy. Head massage was just rough rubbing—left my scalp sore and hair in painful tangles. Reflexology was mostly legs, barely touched my feet. Spent £100 and left feeling worse. Very disappointing and won’t return. Better communication needed for a smoother experience.
