I love going to time 2 relax the girls are amazing! From when you walk in the receptionist is very warm and the therapists are the best! Vanessa is my favourite because she is so knowledgeable and friendly! She knows the pressure I like. I always end my massage with realignment from Jenny!! These 2 therapists are a killer combo! I leave feeling so refreshed and all the knots in my back are gone! I highly recommend this place

Good massages, friendly therapists and good pressure. But disappointed they don't take into consideration your choice of therapist, especially if you had a good experience the last time and want to have the same therapist for consistency. Pot luck!

Booked Indian head massage & reflexology but staff were confused and spoke very limited English. Had to show my booking to clarify. Room was clean but noisy. Head massage was just rough rubbing—left my scalp sore and hair in painful tangles. Reflexology was mostly legs, barely touched my feet. Spent £100 and left feeling worse. Very disappointing and won’t return. Better communication needed for a smoother experience.
